At YOUUME, each jewelry piece is carefully packed and quality-checked before shipping. We only accept returns in case of genuine product damage, to ensure fairness to both you and us ๐Ÿ’›

Refunds

Refunds are only processed if the item arrives damaged.
To request a refund:

  • You must send us a clear unboxing video that starts before the package is opened and clearly shows the damage.
  • Your request must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

Once approved, your refund will be credited to your original method of payment (e.g., credit/debit card, UPI) within a few working days.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded or returned.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges unless the product is received damaged, and valid proof is shared through an unboxing video.
